Anyone who has ever even been to New York knows how serious they are about their sports. From high school football to world famous baseball, New Yorkers are known for their love of a good game.

Football will always be Americaís sweetheart. The New York Giants founded in 1925 brought professional football to New York City. Their uniforms of red white and blue they have always been a strong force in the NFL.

If basketball is more your speed, the NY Knicks will keep you occupied at Madison Square Garden. Located in Manhattan the Garden may well be the most famous venue in America. Not only is it where the Knicks call home, but it is also home for New York Liberty of the WNBA and the NY Rangers of the NHL.

Americaís pastime is also alive and well in New York, in both Shea Stadium in Flushing home to the Mets, and Yankee Stadium in the Bronx where the Yankees hang their hats.
